Looking for holiday drink ideas? Well, let's make a Coquito, it's the perfect choice. Official drink at Christmas time on the island of enchantment, Puerto Rico.


1 can evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
2 cups of coconut cream
1/4 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup white liqueur to taste (optional)

Now to make the Coquito!

Take a bowl and mix the evaporated milk and the condensed milk. Add the coconut cream, then the other ingredients, mix everything very well (if available you can mix it all in a blender). Add the white liqueur, the traditional recipe is made with white rum, but you can substitute it for the one you like or simply leave it without alcohol. Reserve the coquito in the refrigerator and serve it when it is very cold. When serving, sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top and decorate with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
