Arroz Navideño Con Pollo Horneado
A delicious recipe for sharing in family and friends at any celebration.



Christmas rice


  • 1 Maiz can.
  • 1 Past box or to your taste.
  • 4 Ramas de Puerro picadito.
  • 1 Spoonful of saffron.
  • 5 Cds of oil.
  • 1 Onion chopped in quads.
  • 2 Crushed garlic teeth.
  • 4 Carrots in small cubes.
  • 1 Red paprika chopped in buckets.
  • 3 Rice Cups.
  • 3 Water cups.
  • 1 Celery stem.
  • 1 Cilantro Branch.


Heat the oil in a large pot, add all vegetables, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the water and salt to taste, when boiling we add the rice and move until this dry.

Lower fire, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Add raisins, move and serve.


Baked chicken


  • 1 Pound of 3 Pounds.
  • 10 Tips of red garlic.
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice Cup.
  • 1/4 Sour orange cup.
  • 2 Spoonspoons of Tomillo.
  • 1/2 Pymenton's spoon.
  • 1 1/2 Powdered custards.
  • 10 Aji gustoso.


Liquefied liking, garlic and lemon juice into a blender and mix it with sour orange juice, Cumin, Pimenton and Tomillo. Place chicken in a Crystal pack and pour the mixture into chicken, let stand from one day to another, turning occasionally. Remove from the marinade and place on a furnace tray, season with salt and pepper.

Put the oven at 350 degrees for an hour, spraying occasionally with the cooking liquid.
