- For the chimichurris
- 8 ounce of parsley chopped very fine
- 4 oz garlic, peeled and chopped very small
- ½ liter of neutral oil
- ¼ cup vinegar
- dried Oregano
Cut in slices the sausages frying with abundant oil.
For the chimichurri sauce, then chop the garlic and the parsley , add the oregano, oil and vinegar. Remove and set aside.
Plated as you like with a slice of lemon and tapioca
