Longaniza Frita con Casabe
One of the dishes easy to make and rich in Dominicans.




  • Sausage your choice of
  • Cassava
  • For the chimichurris
  • 8 ounce of parsley chopped very fine
  • 4 oz garlic, peeled and chopped very small
  • ½ liter of neutral oil
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • dried Oregano


Cut in slices the sausages frying with abundant oil.

For the chimichurri sauce, then chop the garlic and the parsley , add the oregano, oil and vinegar. Remove and set aside.

Plated as you like with a slice of lemon and tapioca
