Enviamos en frío todos los productos que requieran de refrigeración, en cajas refrigeradas aisladas con bolsas de hielo o hielo seco. Por favor, asegúrese de que alguien esté en casa el día en que se realice la entrega. No es que tenga que estar en casa al momento de la entrega, solo en algún momento ese día para mover su pedido dentro. Le enviaremos un correo electrónico con la información de seguimiento al momento del envío.

¿Necesito estar en casa para la entrega?

Si no está en casa, UPS dejara su pedido en una de nuestras cajas de refrigeradores aisladas frente a su puerta. Por favor asegúrese de que alguien este en casa el día de entrega.

¿Cómo empacamos los productos al momento del envío?

Para UPS Entrega a domicilio cuando requiere refrigeración utilizamos cajas aisladas de dos pulgadas con bolsas de hielo o hielo seco para mantener los productos fríos hasta por 3 días. De lo contrario lo enviaremos en cajas tradicionales. Nuestros paquetes son manejados con extremo cuidado por el equipo de Saboriza. Dado que debemos utilizar UPS para ofrecer la comodidad de la entrega a domicilio, hay un cierto punto en el que el manejo está simplemente fuera de nuestro control y en manos del personal de UPS. Esto significa que existe la posibilidad de que se produzcan daños ocasionales en el producto. This means that there is the possibility that damage will occur from time to time in the product. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may cause the incident management and will ensure that you always take the necessary measures to provide immediately a full refund for the affected product.

In my day of delivery, is there a certain time of day can I expect elpedido?
