Potato salad

Servings (6 - 8 people)


  • 10 large potatoes, peeled and cut into squares
  • 4 boiled eggs (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ small chopped onion
  • ½ green pepper, diced
  • ½ red pepper, diced
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste

Let's prepare this delicious salad!

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces so that they cook faster. Place them in a deep pot with water that covers the potatoes. Cook them for 25 minutes. Use that time to prepare the other ingredients, place the eggs in a smaller pot and let them boil for 15 minutes. With a fork you can check the cooking, if the fork passes over the potato it is already cooked. Strain or drain the potatoes, transfer them to a container where you will then mix the onion and peppers. Peel the eggs and cut them into pieces in your own way, then pour them into the container along with the mayonnaise, mix everything and put it in the refrigerator to cool for at least 15 minutes and that's it, bon appetit!
