Oven Baked Chicken

Portions (4 - 6 persons)


1 chicken, 3 to 4 pounds
2 ½ tablespoons adobo
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon pepper
1 stick butter
½ cup white wine
Salt to taste

Let's prepare this chicken!

Wash and dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix the wine, pepper, salt to taste, oregano and paprika. Season the chicken with this mixture. Let it rest for 1 hour or season it the night before. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Place the chicken in a baking dish, spread butter under the skin and thighs. Bake for 2 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with cooking liquid. Remove from the oven, let stand and serve, there won't be any leftovers!
