Servings (5 people)
Ingredients:
3 cups of rice
3 oil tablespoons
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 cup of white wine
2 ½ cups of water
2 tablespoons marinade with pepper
½ cup petit pois or peas
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped leek
½ cup red and yellow bell peppers
¼ cup raisins
¼ cups chopped almonds and walnuts
Salt to taste
Lets go cook!
In a cauldron, heat the oil, adding the onion, garlic, and peppers, sauté for 3 minutes. Add the wine, water, marinade and salt to taste. Let it boil, then add the rice, let it dry. Once dry, lower the heat, cover and cook for 30 minutes. When it is cooked, add the walnuts and stir until well combined. Ready to serve. You certainly won't eat a CHIN… Bon appetit!
