Sweet Potato with Marshmallow


  • 3 pounds of sweet potato
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ¼ tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 2 cups marshmallows
  • Salt and sugar to taste

Let's prepare it!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Boil the sweet potatoes in the 4 cups of water with the cinnamon stick, and a little salt (a chin). Cook them until they are soft. Take it to the processor or help yourself with a fork, crush it, add the evaporated milk until it forms a puree, add the butter, ground cinnamon, stir and take the mixture to a previously greased baking container. Place the marshmallows on top and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown (that's good).
