Patio Style Hot Dog

With this recipe you will experience an explosion of flavors from the patio. You will make the patio style version of a universal dish.


  • Hot Dog Bun
  • Sausages for Hot Dogs
  • White frying cheese
  • Oil for frying
  • White flour
  • Bacon or bacon
  • Cabbage (chopped)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Leek (chopped)

Let's make this delight!

Boil the sausages in a pot with plenty of water. In another pot with water, place the chopped cabbage (previously washed). Cook both ingredients for 5 to 7 minutes, remove, drain and set aside.

Chop the white cheese into cubes and add a little flour. In a frying pan, place oil and fry the cheese until it browns to your liking. Once ready, put it on absorbent paper to remove the excess. In another pan, place the bacon until it is golden and crispy. Remove from the heat and put it on absorbent paper, when it cools, chop it very finely.

Cut the hot dog bun in the center without reaching the bottom, place the cabbage, sausage, cheese, add ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard on top and finish with the chopped leek. It makes anyone's mouth water, enjoy it with the drink and chips of your choice!
