At Saboriza, we do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, at all times. That's why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. But we know that sometimes a product isn't right, so we've made our returns policy as easy as possible.

Please note: If you have not received an item that you have ordered or are missing items that were supposed to come with your order, please contact Saboriza support at servicioalcliente@saboriza.com or through the contact page here. We can only process these requests within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the packing list sheet.

If an item arrived damaged, please contact our support team at servicoalcliente@saboriza.com. We will work with you to replace any damaged items, or to reimburse you for any damaged items. We may request photographs to assess the status of the item upon receipt.

We cannot accept perishable foods for returns, such as meats, cheeses, products, etc. However, such items may be available for a refund if you are not satisfied with the item.

Refunds

Once we receive a returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
